the one - spawn a local identity

one button, one minute — no account, no explanation

it is yours — local, re-derivable, and it never leaves the machine.

its seed is the one — held on this machine, never shown, never sent. That is the backup: the seed restores the one on any machine, the same one, every time.

restore it again
A local little identity — no account, no menu, one button. Hatch it and the machine makes its one: an identity seed that lives on your computer, never shown, never sent. Tip it, and your own gesture becomes part of its randomness — yours, forever. Name it, and it knows you. Restore it and the same one comes back: the first hatch is deterministic, so its seed re-derives it on any machine — and every later one (machines, sub-agents, lanes) derives from it. The estate's rule holds throughout: nothing is believed once, and nothing is saved twice. The engine, from the source (`zenone/docs/hatch.md`): the one command: zenone --home <dir> hatch the restore: ZENONE_WORDS="<your 24 words>" zenone --home <dir> hatch --restore The same 24 words restore the same one — the same node, buddy and coins. The words are the identity; the folder is only a cache. (The sub-spawn tree is one page over: `tree`.)
